Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on location, weight, and size of the order.
The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 6-10 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt delivery again or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service and provide a resolution.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
